Shipping + Pickup
All items are thoroughly inspected and protectively packaged before shipping. If an item comes in damaged please take photos and contact us ASAP. Damage claims are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Click here to contact us!

New orders will ship out as they are received within the most timely manner possible. All orders are shipped within1-2 business days. Due to high order volume an additional 1 day delay may occur during holidays or promotional events.

Returns + Exchanges
In-store purchases have 7 days to return or exchange an unwanted item.
Online orders have 14 days from the time of purchase to return or exchange an unwanted item.
No, you can ship your item back to us in your preferred packaging. We ask that it's shipped with an appropriate package that protects the merchandise from any type of damage in transit. We will reach out if we receive items back with any type of damage.
