Q: What do I do if my order came in broken or damaged?

A. All items are thoroughly inspected and protectively packaged before shipping.  If an item comes in damaged please take photos and contact us ASAP. Damage claims are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.  (CONTACT US)

Q: Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

A: No, you can ship your item back to us in your preferred packaging. We ask that it's shipped with an appropriate package that protects the merchandise from any type of damage in transit. We will reach out if we receive items back with any type of damage. 

Q: Can I make an exchange online?

A: To exchange an item, please CONTACT US. You can not currently exchange an item online. 

Q: What do I do if an item is SOLD OUT and I still want to purchase it?

A: Please contact us. Most items can be special ordered for you!   

Q: Can I purchase furniture on your website?

A: Yes. Most furniture items are "BROWN TAG ITEMS". This means you can purchase online, but the order will need to be approved by a sales associate. If additional shipping cost is required, we will contact you with an invoice to pay for any additional shipping charges. 

 

Q: What are Brown Tag Items?

A: IN-STOCK: Brown tag items are available for in-store pickup or quoted shipping. Brown Tag Items require special shipping due to their size and weight  If an item is labeled "Brown Tag Item" please contact us for a shipping quote. OUT OF STOCK: Brown tag items require special ordering and shipping. These orders are final sale. If you are interested in an out of stock brown tag item, please contact us for more information. 

Q: How can I sell my products in your store?
