Returns + Exchanges

IN-STORE Return + Exchange Policy:
  • Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. 
  • Item must be in new condition with tags 
  • Item must be general inventory item- meaning that if the item was out of stock or special ordered for you, it is not returnable. 
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required for return or exchange. 
  • Items excluded from return + exchange policy:
    • Gift Cards 
    • Special Order / Custom Order Items 
    • Sale Items 
    • Drop Ship items 
    • Select Brown Tag items 

ONLINE Return + Exchange Policy:

  • Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Item must be in new condition with tags 
  • Item must be general inventory item - meaning that if the item was out of stock or special ordered for you, it is not returnable. 
  • Items excluded from return + exchange
    • Gift Cards 
    • Special Order / Custom Order Items 
    • Sale Items 
    • Drop Ship items 
    • Brown Tag items 
  • To start the return or exchange (CONTACT US) 
    • We will send you a return label. 
    • Once the store receives the item(s), it will be inspected and a refunded will be issued minus shipping cost. 
    • Customer is responsible for ALL shipping cost unless customer receives item damaged.

GIFT Exchange Policy:

  • For those of you returning a gift you received (and don't worry we won't tell), you have 30 days from the time the gift was purchased. You will need the gift receipt and item must be in new condition. You can either exchange the item or receive in-store credit.

CHRISTMAS Exchange Policy:

  • We absolutely LOVE the holiday season! Beginning November 1st our Christmas exchange policy extends to January 10th of the following calendar year.

BROWN TAG ITEMS:

IN-STOCK: Brown tag items are available for in-store pickup or quoted shipping. Brown Tag Items require special shipping due to their size and weight  If an item is labeled "Brown Tag Item" please contact us for a shipping quote. 

OUT OF STOCK: Brown tag items require special ordering and shipping. These orders are final sale. If you are interested in an out of stock brown tag item, please contact us for more information. 

  • Full payment due at time of purchase +10% of item cost for shipping.
