New orders will ship out as they are received within the most timely manner possible. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Due to high order volume an additional 1 day delay may occur during holidays or promotional events. 

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3-5 days. 

We do NOT currently ship outside of the US. 

*Please note that additional shipping cost may occur for items that are oversized and overweight. If you have purchased an item(s) that require additional shipping cost, you will be contacted with an invoice for the additional shipping charges. 

GIFT WRAP: We currently offer complimentary gift wrapping. There is a "order note" section in your cart where you can leave any notes regarding your order.

In-Store Pickup orders are available within 1-24 hours. Please pickup your order at our storefront.

IN-STOCK: Brown tag items are available for in-store pickup or quoted shipping. Brown Tag Items require special shipping due to their size and weight  If an item is labeled "Brown Tag Item" please contact us for a shipping quote. 

OUT OF STOCK: Brown tag items require special ordering and shipping. These orders are final sale. If you are interested in an out of stock brown tag item, please contact us for more information.
